The company has over 10 years of experience in the professional cleaning of returnable packaging, assembly of unit loads as well as packaging and storage processes involving various types of returnable packaging materials. The returnables of our international partners are processed by Galambos Logistic Kft. in cooperation with 5G Group Kft., another member of the Galambos Group.
Our cleaning business of industrial returnable packaging materials - currently located on our new 1,000 m2 site in Szombathely - alongside our operation as a machine manufacturer is unique in the region. The management of returnable packaging utilizes 11,300 m2.
In 2021, our company began to modernize its cleaning processes of returnable packaging materials with the purchase of three FORCHEM MP 150 returnable packaging washers.

Equipment and technology:
The company is equipped with several FORCHEM MP 150 washers, which operate according to the following principles:
- They consist of three modules:
- The first module performs washing and rinsing. Chemicals are added in proportion to the volume of washing water within a concentration range of 0.1-5.0%. At the end of the process, the washing water passes through filter paper to continuously remove solid impurities.
- Rinsing is always performed using clear water.
- The second and third modules are responsible for drying with pulsating hot air. The tray washer is equipped with a compressed air dryer that includes a rotating nozzle to achieve more efficient drying results.
- Afterwards, the washed and dried returnables are taken off the conveyor behind the washer before being moved by a stainless steel chain. The stainless steel finish of the entire unit facilitates additionally cleaning.

In order to provide a quote, it is necessary to test the cleaning of at least one loading unit following a comprehensive assessment. Capacity expansion is of high priority to provide the necessary resources.

- By continuously monitoring the quantity of chemicals used, it is possible to reduce our chemical dose rate.
